Candace is a licensed professional Religious Science, New Thought Ancient Wisdom Practitioner; certified Kundalini Yoga and Meditation teacher and Transformational Breath® Facilitator, who believes in the innate wholeness and attainable vibrant well being for all. She practices and promotes the spiritual principles and psychology of New Thought; the Ancient Wisdom technologies of body mind spirit integrity through increased awareness and movement and the energizing and transforming capacities of the Breath for healing, health and wholeness. Each of these practices stand on their own and are integrated into a cohesive and comprehensive practice of self-care for the experience of a truly radiant life.
Candace offers in-person, private and group sessions, classes, workshops and retreats in her own home yoga studio on the beautiful Bumblebee Farm, located in Landenberg, PA.
Kundalini Yoga applies body postures, specific combinations of exercises and breathing techniques which stimulate specific systems and glands of the body that regulate health, wellness and vitality.
